ABOUT US
ABnc is 100 per cent Australian owned and operated, and has been manufacturing and supplying high-quality aluminium products for commercial and residential applications since March 1981. In that time, ABnc has supplied and installed quality products for a multitude of major building contractors in South East Queensland.
ABnc’s head office is based in South East Queensland and incorporates design and manufacturing facilities, including two fabrication workshops, a sales and administration block and mobile installation teams.
ABnc is a provider of fully customised balustrade systems to major high-rise building and government funded projects, as well as to the general building industry.
Our objective is to consistently produce high-quality products, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive ongoing business management and quality system improvements. This in turn increases productivity and efficiency, and reduces wasteful activity.
ABnc has an extensive professional design and construction team that is focused on providing practical, innovative and technically robust products for a wide range of applications.

With on premise powder coating and shop drawing facilities, ABnc has the flexibility to prioritise work based on what is required. As a result, your project items will not be delayed due to bottlenecks caused by the need to outsource shop drawings or powder coating.
SKILL & EXPERIENCE
With an experienced and highly skilled team, ABnc has the expertise to provide its customers with products and services that are second to none.
The manufacturing and design team consists of qualified trades personnel, experienced production and project managers (who ensure each project progresses along a safe, planned path to completion), skilled installation technicians and long-term contractors who provide ABnc with the flexibility to confidently meet project deadlines. ABnc staff are qualified up to Diploma in Engineering Fabrication, Business Management and Occupational Health and Safety.
AUSTRALIAN MANUFACTURED
The majority of ABnc products are designed and manufactured by our in-house team of experts, right here in Australia. This means customers have direct access to design concepts and the manufacturing team, and will receive timely responses to queries and requests for design changes.
CAPACITY
ABnc has a core team of 25 full-time employees, which is complemented by casual and contract team members. The depth and breadth of our skills and experience is extensive. This means we can deliver projects from design to completion, on time and on budget, with safety being paramount.
Our ability to build up our team for specialised projects using long-term contractors gives us the necessary flexibility to meet client and project needs. We typically supply and manage between 15-20 large projects each year, extending from South Brisbane up to Hervey Bay.
REMOTE SUPPLY
ABnc has the capability to manufacture, deliver and install products in remote locations. The frequent success of this type of delivery is a testament to our efficient quality management and high level of manufacturing skills.
DELIVERY PERFORMANCE
At ABnc we regard our delivery performance as exceptional, and have never received a claim for liquidated damages. ABnc values safety, experience, quality and proactive communication, and our consultative approach allows for the smooth translation of client expectations into reality.
Our commitment to safe work practices enables us to partner well with site staff during the installation and supply of products.
SKILLS TRAINING
ABnc values its employees and is committed to their ongoing development. We employ qualified staff to ensure delivery of a full range of products and services. ABnc maintains membership of relevant associations and attends conferences and training courses to remain informed of industry changes and emerging technologies. ABnc also actively participates in apprentice and trainee schemes to encourage employees to grow their depth of knowledge within the company.
CLASS-LEADING USAGE OF IT & TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS
ABnc utilises the latest cloud-based software to capture lead information, process detailed quotes and then follow on to shop drawings, project management, workflow collaboration and financial data.
Larger projects benefit from the ability to view progress online using the ‘Procision Plus’ Project Management system.

Our safety policy commits to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for our employees, and anyone entering our premises or involved with our on-site operations. ABnc has aligned its processes with AS/NZS 4801.
ENVIRONMENT
ABnc is committed to responsible environmental management in all aspects of our business operations. ABnc has been aligned with AS/NZS ISO 14001.
QUALITY
ABnc has quality systems aligned to AS/NZS ISO 9001 and is currently working toward certification. Our quality systems cover all aspects of operations, design and manufacture through to installation. This ensures all parts of the delivery process lead to quality products that will meet customer expectations. Factory and site quality testing is conducted for all products at these levels.
RISK MANAGEMENT
Each project is managed by an ABnc Project Manager who takes responsibility for project delivery, client communications and risk management. ABnc has a series of proven workflow processes designed to minimise risk at each stage of the project.
